History
Jim Jez started Jez Enterprises, Inc. over 25 years ago with a neighbor
needing help getting bicycles and other products assembled at the store he
worked for. Before this, Jim and his family had a small business in which
they rebuilt, repaired and sold bikes out of a very small shop.
With his talent in assembly and a lot of luck, Jim Jez has developed this
company into a nationwide assembly, repair, and delivery business. He grew the business for the
first few years by the store’s word of mouth. Soon he was servicing 250
stores, giving them the quality and on time service they had been missing.
Jez Enterprises was incorporated in 1988.
Later, both stores and their customers asked Jim Jez for in-home assembly
services. This was accomplished in 1995 when the company began doing
assembly and repair of exercise equipment, massage chairs, Ready to Assemble (RTA)
furniture and lawn and garden products right in the customer's homes. In
1999, he expanded these services further by adding delivery services for
retail and residential customers. The company has been delivering and
installing everything from computer desks to in-ground basketball systems
ever since.
